The list is based on an analysis of more than 60,000 companies and their remote job postings in the FlexJobs database between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023. As a top destination for corporate professionals to find contract and project-based work, Aston Carter had one of the highest numbers of remote job openings throughout 2023, ranking No. 19 on the list.
As of January 2024, flexible jobs, defined as remote or hybrid, made up 31% of Aston Carter’s active job postings—a percentage that broadly mirrors last year’s averages. Having a choice of work environment and location is now a key factor for most job seekers when evaluating new career opportunities. According to FlexJobs, 95% of workers want some form of remote work moving forward.
