Our client was notified of an upcoming project tracking bank vault transportation, which would require a 26-person ramp up in three weeks’ time — the largest single on-boarding the client had experienced. Due to the time constraints of the necessary data entry testing screenings and background checks, it was critical that we identified every potential candidate within a one-week time frame.

The Solution

We dedicated a team of five seasoned recruiters who met with our client’s project manager to tour the office where our contract employees would be working. They discussed the necessary job requirements, as well as their culture to understand what makes a successful candidate.

The Results

Aston Carter was able to source more than 50 candidates in less than a week before narrowing down the list to the 26 most qualified individuals based on the scores to the data entry test screenings. We then implemented a review process to ensure the project would remain on schedule for its nine-month duration, and give contract employees the opportunity to share their feedback of the program and the customer’s management team. Based on their performance during the project, six contract employees were brought on as permanent employees with our client.
