Diversity won’t last if people don’t feel included. Our Inclusion & Diversity committee develops and hosts internal programmes and workshops that allow people to expand their culture awareness and understand the value diversity brings to an organisation.

Our Inclusion & Diversity Committee promotes and drives awareness to raise the profile of a range of recognition days, including International Men’s Day and International Day of People with Disabilities.

We partner with the charity Mind to understand more about being a responsible employer and how to support our people better.
