As president of Aston Carter, Tom Kelly leads a global team committed to delivering world-class professional talent solutions to thousands of clients.
Tom began his career with Allegis Group in 1994, holding various roles in financial operations before he was promoted to vice president of client delivery at Aerotek, where he drove growth and account management for some of the world's largest brands. In 2008, Tom joined Allegis Group’s Major, Lindsey & Africa, as chief financial officer. Tom provided financial insight to the company’s international business as it grew in service offerings and geography, while maintaining financial growth. Tom returned to Aerotek two years later as chief financial officer. In 2020, he was promoted to president and has served in that role since.
Believing organizational success occurs when leaders take care of their team, Tom employs a people-first strategy. He is passionate about helping people identify the role where their passions and talent meet.
Tom holds a B.S. in accounting from Mount Saint Mary’s University.
Stuart Hurwitz is vice president of Aston Carter in Europe and leads the organisation’s growth strategy across the region. He began his career with the Allegis Group organisation in 1999 and has held a wide range of roles throughout his career, including driving significant sales growth, leading technological transformation, developing capability and overseeing operational performance.
Stuart’s enduring passion for creating opportunity, building and growing businesses positions him strongly to lead Aston Carter towards becoming the industry’s foremost provider of professional talent solutions across Europe.
Andrew Williams is chief financial officer for Allegis Group EMEA. He oversees the growth of Allegis Group brands throughout EMEA, including Aston Carter and its strategic expansion into services. He is also responsible for the Corporate Services arm of our business, which provides back office, operational, commercial and legal support across eight countries.
Andrew joined Allegis Group in 2015 as director of financial operations, bringing with him a wealth of experience gained from market-leading organisations, including Deloitte, Morgan Stanley and British Gas. He is passionate about people development and creating opportunity for our people, candidates and clients.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Port Elizabeth in South Africa and is a registered chartered accountant through the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Richard Wallace is the director of financial operations at Aston Carter, where he oversees the organisation’s financial management. His remit includes financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, contracts, pricing and strategic planning. He is committed to excellence and to developing his team, leading by example. Richard has been part of the Allegis Group since 2015. Before joining Allegis Group, he worked for Centrica in the energy sector, holding a variety of roles across commercial finance, strategy and policy.
Outside work, Richard enjoys watching rugby and tennis, taking part in triathlons, travelling and spending time with his wife and two children.
Emily Swanborough is director of organisational development for Aston Carter. Emily is responsible for integrating growth initiatives across the organisation in the EMEA region, supporting the transformation of our business for both our people and our customers. Emily joined the Allegis Group family of brands in 2004 and has held multiple operational roles throughout her career.
Emily has demonstrated a genuine passion for the wellbeing, development and advancement of our employees, sitting on both I&D and CSR committees and becoming a certified leadership development coach.
