Annual leave entitlement — As an Aston Carter PAYE consultant or contractor, you’re entitled to annual leave, and you can easily manage your leave online using our mobile-friendly absence management portal.

Aviva pension — Aston Carter PAYE consultants and contractors are also eligible for auto-enrolment to our Aviva Pension Scheme and will be entitled to a 3% contribution (on qualifying earnings) from Aston Carter if you have opted in. It is also possible to transfer existing pension pots into this scheme.

Additional statutory rights — As an Aston Carter PAYE consultant, you'll now be able to enjoy some of those worker-related rights which were previously not available to you as a self-employed consultant or contractor, such as pay parity, annual leave and statutory sick pay.
