Todd M. Mohr
Todd Mohr is the president of Aerotek and Aston Carter North America. Todd started his career at Aerotek as a technical recruiter in 1995 and continued to expand his role into various areas of leadership. In 2002, Todd was promoted to vice president of Aerotek’s Northwest region where under his direction, the region accounted for more than $500 million in annual sales. In 2008, Todd took on the role of President of Allegis Group’s European Operations. Two years later, he rejoined Aerotek as chief operating officer overseeing the strategic direction of the company. With more than 20 years within the Allegis Group family of companies, Todd became the president of Aerotek in 2012.
Tony Bartolucci is the Vice President of Aston Carter North America. In this role, Tony is responsible for overseeing the growth and strategy of Aston Carter throughout North America.
Tony joined Aerotek in 1995 as a technical recruiter in Los Angeles, Calif. He then moved into a sales position in Aerotek’s Orange County, Calif. office. Tony was later promoted to director of business operations in Orange County, one of Aerotek’s largest offices in the U.S., where his team was the top performing office in the West region. In addition, Tony assisted in the expansion of Aerotek with the opening of two new offices in the Los Angeles area in 2002 and 2006.
Tony received Aerotek’s Regional Director of the Year Award in both 2000 and 2004 for his performance and commitment to Aerotek, as well as the Significant Impact Award for the company in 2015. With more than 10 years of experience at Aerotek, Tony was promoted to Regional Vice President of the West region in 2008, and later joined Aston Carter in 2017.
Director of Divisional Operations
Ted Bickford is the Director of Divisional Operations for Aston Carter North America. In this role, he is responsible for the growth and expansion of Aston Carter through the hiring, training, development and support of each recruiter and sales team member. Ted started his career in 1995 as a technical recruiter for Aerotek. He was promoted to a sales role after eight months, and was later promoted to director of business operations for several markets including Rochester, NY; San Jose, CA; Oakland, CA; and Boston, MA. Over the course of his career, Ted served in six markets and four business divisions, and his leadership can be credited with opening three local offices and starting two business divisions within Aerotek. Ted joined Stephen James Associates in 2012 in his current role.
Ted is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council, the Boston Chamber of Commerce, and the Groton School and Denison University Alumni Associations. Ted also donates his time to undergraduate students at Babson College where he serves as a corporate and career coach.
Director of Divisional Operations
Lauren DeMarco is the Director of Divisional Operations for Aston Carter North America. In this role, Lauren is responsible for the growth and expansion of Aston Carter through the hiring, training, development and support of each recruiter and sales team member.
Lauren started her career recruiting and selling for Stephen James Associates (SJA) in 2006. In 2008, she was promoted to practice director where she oversaw a team of recruiters while continuing to develop and grow business in the Ft. Lauderdale, Florida market. When SJA merged with Aerotek in 2011, Lauren transitioned into an account manager position, and was quickly promoted to account executive in 2013. Soon after, she was promoted to a divisional practice lead position in 2015. Later, while the service offerings remained the same, SJA was rebranded to Aston Carter in 2016, and Lauren was an integral member of the strategy team before and after the transition. As a valued member of Aston Carter, she has built a strong legacy, has served as a mentor and subject matter expert for the last five years, and thanks to many similar attributes, was promoted to her current role towards the end of 2016. Lauren has been recognized numerous times for her many achievements, including recognition as Account Manager of the Year Award in 2011, and for receiving the Significant Impact Awards in 2012 and 2013.
Lauren is a graduate of the University of Florida where she received her bachelor’s and master’s in accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
