Meet Our Team Our Leadership Stuart Hurwitz Regional Vice President Stuart Hurwitz is the Regional Vice President of Aston Carter, an operating company of Allegis Group® Inc. Stuart leads Aston Carter’s brand in Europe, Middle East and Africa, and is responsible for establishing the company as market-leading, global, business professional talent and staffing brand. He joined Aston Carter 17 years ago, and during his time with the company he has been instrumental in developing the brand globally. Initially building the Contract Desk in London, he then went on to develop the European and Asian businesses. Stuart is committed to strengthening and growing the Aston Carter brand in new markets and territories. He is also focused on recruiting high-calibre people who deliver outstanding levels of service to clients, candidates and contract business professionals. Emily Cordery Director of Client Strategy Emily Cordery is Director of Client Strategy, and is currently responsible for Aston Carter’s Client Strategy Programme. This includes developing new and existing client partnerships, diversifying the industries and locations in which we operate and creating value added service offerings for our clients. Originally from New Zealand, Emily joined Allegis Group more than nine years ago, and during this time she has held a number of sales, recruiting, client account management and leadership positions. Emily is a member of the Women in Leadership Team, the Women@Allegis Diversity & Inclusion Forum and an active participant in Aston Carter's 2016 Corporate Social Responsibility Agenda. Pete Miller Director of Sales Operations Pete Miller is Director of Sales Operations, and has been instrumental in developing the Aston Carter business. He has played a key role in establishing Aston Carter as a professional services specialist within the financial services sector. Pete has used his relationships to add new clients to the Aston Carter portfolio and has created a significant legacy of recruitment consultants and leaders. He is committed to driving greater people engagement throughout the Aston Carter business and is passionate about positioning the brand not only as an established global brand, but as a responsible business through its Corporate Social Responsibility fundraising and community volunteering activities. Originally from Newcastle, England, Pete joined Aston Carter in 2008 after graduating from the University of Reading with a law degree.
