Ray Famurewa is a Team Leader for Aston Carter’s Contract Risk and Regulation business. His team oversee the delivery of Risk and Regulatory professionals to Aston Carter’s portfolio of Financial Services clients including Investment Banks, Corporate and Retail Banks, Investment Management Firms and Insurance Firms.
He has been with the company over ten years having joined in March 2009 as a Recruiter and in this time has proved to be one of the most successful producers in the business.
He has always worked within the Risk and Regulatory vertical and this experience has been invaluable in helping his team grow Aston Carter’s footprint in our clients’ Risk and Regulatory businesses.
Ray is a founding member of our Inclusion and Diversity Committee and has been heavily involved in shaping a more inclusive and diverse culture internally and externally.
Haille Jackson-Smith is a Senior Consultant and Inclusion and Diversity Lead for Aston Carter.
As part of the Change and Transformation contract team, Haille and the team oversee the delivery of professionals specialising in Change management and transformation, including regulatory change, M&A’s, divestment strategies and initiatives. The team hold long-lasting relationships with many Asset Management, Custodian, and Retail and Corporate Banking firms.
Haille has been with the company for six years having joined in October 2014 as a Recruiter. Since joining the business she has been passionate about our Inclusion and Diversity agenda and has been responsible for heading up Aston Carter’s I&D committee for the past 2 years. Haille has been a driving force in working with the business to roll out our I&D vision and ensure an inclusive working environment for Aston Carter as well as supporting our clients with their initiatives.
