Job Summary

Candidates will review various insurance documents that have an error and cannot be processed, a lot of auditing/reviewing documents, entering information into multiple systems, creating reports, high volume emailing and performing a ton of research. These individuals will then make light outbound calls to insurance agents or carriers to determine the next steps of what need needs to be done to complete the loan. Rarely speak to borrowers themselves. Not a customer service role, but candidates need strong communication skills, as will be communicating with clients over the phone and email. (Client Support is the department who re-processes document after Exceptions Processing already tried.)
