Job Summary

The customer service representative is responsible for quoting prices for products and services and processing orders through SAP.

There are NO cold calls. Their clients will be calling in and they will be making outbound calls back to them. These inside sales reps handle the whole eastern coast. The phone can sometimes be from aggravated customers that have broken gear pieces. The hiring manager will handle all escalated calls.
