Job Summary



Growing company is hiring Customer Service Agents!

The Call Center is a 7 days per week operation, requiring candidates to be able to work weekends and holidays

Schedule - Must be flexible for all shifts, holidays, and weekends!
  • 4am-12:30pm
  • 6am-2:30pm
  • 8am-4:30pm
  • 12:00pm-8:30pm
  • 8pm-4:30am


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Take Inbound/Outbound calls from customers and service providers.
  • Possess the ability to to effectively diffuse high tension situations
  • Follow established policies for caller active listening and probing, information gathering, and customer service.
  • Use logic/comprehensive reasoning skills to address and resolve customer roadside assistance issues
