Hiring Customer Care Representatives for Healthcare Industry!

Job Responsibilities:

-Responsible to provide direct and timely communication between the Plan and Plan members, providers, employer groups, brokers, internal departments and external agencies.

-Orients new members, verifies eligibility, provides information about Plan benefits and procedures, and researches and resolves basic concerns.

-Responds to basic verbal and written inquiries from members, providers, brokers, and other callers regarding Health Plan coverage, policies and benefits.



Requirements:

- Call Center experience (6 months+)
- Healthcare/Medical exposure

-Knowledge of HIPPA regulations
- Decent job tenure
