Record performance – despite the recession
“Over the last decade, Aston Carter achieved a CAGR of almost 50% - growing from less than £10m turnover to more than £250m over the period. And, despite the recession, we ended 2009 with record numbers of contractors on our books.
“What sets us apart, and is enabling us to deliver this rapid growth, is that we have a proven business model that we’re successfully replicating in every new market we enter. 90% of our staff are recruited at entry level, and each consultant specialises in a specific business or technical vertical - with a defined career path, their own personal learning and development plan, and the opportunity to become a shareholder in the business if they hit their targets.
